Apprentice and Trainee 50% Discount 2026
Brae's Apprentice and Trainee Discount has been extended for winter 2026!
At Brae, we offer a 50% discount on food and wine for hospitality, horticulture and agriculture apprentices and trainees.
AND from June to August, 2026, in addition to dining, the 50% discount can also be used for our guided farm tours and guest suites, offering apprentices and trainees even better access to the full Brae experience.
Through this initiative, we aim to nurture the creativity, optimism, curiosity and passion of the next generation of hospitality and sustainable farming professionals.
After all, you can’t be what you can’t see!
How does it work?
The 50% discount applies to menu and paired beverages for Australian hospitality, agriculture and horticulture industry apprentices and trainees visiting Brae on a Thursday or Sunday in 2026. In March only, the discount can also be used for accommodation and farm tours.

Employers, please email from your restaurant business email address, attaching a copy of your apprentice’s current signed apprenticeship training plan to be eligible.
