At Brae, we offer a 50% discount on food and wine for hospitality, horticulture and agriculture apprentices and trainees.

Through this initiative, we aim to nurture the creativity, optimism, curiosity and passion of the next generation of hospitality and sustainable farming professionals.

How does it work?

The 50% discount applies to menu and paired beverages for Australian hospitality, agriculture and horticulture industry apprentices and trainees visiting Brae on a Thursday or Sunday in 2026.

Reservations may be made via employers of apprentices by email to [email protected].

Employers, please email from your restaurant business email address, attaching a copy of your apprentice’s current signed apprenticeship training plan to be eligible.
