Each day, we carefully select the highest quality organic produce from our farm – as well as that of local growers and ethical, sustainable producers. With the greatest respect, we craft these ingredients into a tasting menu designed to showcase our location and the season.

Our list offers wines of distinction that tell a story of place, often produced with minimal intervention and always reflective of where they were grown and the people who’ve made them.
We also offer a seasonally influenced non-alcoholic pairing option featuring botanical-based beverages grown and produced at Brae.
