Dining Reservations Policy
Dining until September 30, 2026
The full menu price is payable in advance for dining reservations. 7 days’ notice of cancellation or change of date is required, in which case a full refund (less $25 admin fee) applies. A 50% refund applies for cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice.
Dining from October 1, 2026
50% of the menu price is payable in advance for dining reservations. 48 hours' notice of cancellation or change of date is required, in which case a full refund (less $25 admin fee) applies. No refund applies for cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice.
All Dates
Surcharges of 10% on Sundays and 15% on public holidays apply to the total dining bill.
12pm reservations are for a maximum duration of 3 hours.
Advance notice is essential for all dietary requirements. Dietary requirements cannot be met without prior arrangement.
Reservations exclude infants and children under six years of age. Children six and older are welcome to dine with us, but we’re unable to alter the contents or price of our tasting menu.
Changes to existing reservations cannot be guaranteed and will be accommodated only when the requested table size, date and time are available. Existing reservations cannot be guaranteed if these parameters change.
Accommodation Reservations Policy
Staying until September 30, 2026
A 50% deposit is payable for guest suite accommodation reservations. 28 days’ notice of cancellation or change of date is required, in which case a full refund (less $25 admin fee) applies. No refund applies for cancellations made with less than 28 days’ notice. Children, including infants, are not permitted in guest suites.
Staying from October 1, 2026
A 50% deposit is payable for guest suite accommodation reservations. 14 days’ notice of cancellation or change of date is required, in which case a full refund (less $25 admin fee) applies. No refund applies for cancellations made with less than 14 days’ notice. Children, including infants, are not permitted in guest suites.
