We open four days a week, leaving plenty of time to enjoy the beaches, rainforests and natural beauty of our region.
The following positions are currently available:
Kitchen:
Front of House:
Front of House staff work a 4 day roster. Kitchen staff work a 4.5 day roster.
Most positions can be either Full Time, Part Time or Casual.
Visa holders are welcome to apply.
International applicants, please note; to be considered for a position at Brae, applicants must hold either Australian residency or a valid work visa.
Interviews are conducted in person, so applicants must be in Australia to be considered. Please do not apply if you do not meet this criteria.
