We are honoured to be recognised by Australia’s Wine List of The Year Awards with their highest rating of Three Glasses.
The Three Glass rating recognises outstanding wine lists that meet the criteria of Content, Balance, Suitability, Presentation and Pricing.
The aim of these awards is “to recognise the enormous investment, time, skill and resources that go into developing the best quality wine lists, teams and cellars in Australia. The Awards recognise and pay tribute to the dedication and talent of those individuals, those sommeliers who create these lists for Australia’s best restaurants”
Here at Brae, this important task is in the very capable hands of Head Sommelier, Lyndal Taylor, supported by Restaurant Manager, Alex Casey, and Assistant Sommelier/Restaurant Manager, Elizabeth Denning.
