Until February 1, we’re pouring a small selection of Victorian spirits as bespoke cocktails for ‘Serves of the State’.

On the list:

• Peace and Glory with Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin
• Makrut Lime Gimlet with Bellarine Distillery Old Dodger Gin

Each cocktail is built around one of Victoria’s finest spirits and ingredients grown organically right here at Brae Farm.

Choose a Serve of the State when you join us between now and February 1, and don’t forget to vote for your favourite.

One lucky voter will win a VIP day trip into Victoria’s countryside to tour several distilleries. You’ll be guided by our very own Vic Distilled Ambassador who will curate a bespoke experience for you and three friends.
