Reservations are essential and currently open one month in advance. New dates open on a rolling release, daily at 9am.

 

Victorian State regulation requires that guests show a current Covid-19 vaccination certificate on arrival. Unfortunately, guests unable to meet this requirement will be unable to attend and cancellation fees will apply.

 

Christmas Closure: December 23, 2021 to January 3, 2022.

 

 

2021 Pricing

Menu $300pp. Matched wines + $180pp. Matched non-alcoholic beverages +$95pp.

Guest Suites from $635 to $890 per night for two, including breakfast. Select your preferred date to view the nightly rate.

 

2022 Pricing

Menu $310pp. Matched wines + $190pp. Matched non-alcoholic beverages +$95pp.

Guest Suites from $655 to $895 per night for two, including breakfast. Select your preferred date to view the nightly rate.

Covid-19 Reservations Policy —

 

If you are unable to travel due to Covid-19 government restrictions, all cancellation fees will be waived and a change of date or full refund of any deposit paid will be issued.

 

Dining Reservations Policy —

 

The full menu price ($300 per person) is payable in advance for dining reservations. 7 days’ notice of cancellation or change of date is required, in which case a full refund (less $25 admin fee) applies. A 50% refund applies for cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice.

 

We are unable to accept reservations for groups larger than six diners.

 

Please arrive on time for your reservation. A reduced menu may need to be served for late arrivals.

 

Reservations for 12pm and 5pm are for a maximum duration of three hours.

 

Please do not visit the restaurant if you are feeling unwell. Entry may be refused to visitors showing signs of illness.

 

Advance notice is essential for all dietary requirements. Dietary requirements cannot be met without prior arrangement.

 

Changes to existing reservations cannot be guaranteed and will be accommodated only when the requested table size, date and time are available. Existing reservations cannot be guaranteed if these parameters change.

 

Accommodation Reservations Policy —

Children are not permitted in guest suites.
