Brae will re-open on Thursday June 25.

 

Dinner Thursday. Lunch Friday to Monday.

 

Thank you for your patience as we re-open our reservations system on a rolling release over the following dates:

At 9am on Thursday June 4, reservations open for Thursday June 25 to Monday June 29.

At 9am on Thursday June 11, reservations open for Thursday July 2 to Monday August 31.

From July 3, reservations may be made up to two months in advance to the day, with each new date released online daily at 9am. (So September 3 will be available to book on July 3, and September 4 will be available to book on July 4 etc.).

 

Menu $300pp. Matched wines + $180pp. Matched non-alcoholic beverages +$95pp.

 

Guest Suites from $615 to $890 per night for two including breakfast. Search for availability to view the rate for your preferred date.

 

All pricing is subject to change without notice.

 

Reservations Policy —

 

Reservations may be made up to two months in advance to the day and are released online daily at 9am.

 

Dining Reservations Policy —

 

The full menu price ($300 per person) is payable in advance for dining reservations. 7 days’ notice of cancellation or change of date is required, in which case a full refund (less $25 admin fee) applies. A 50% refund applies for cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice.

 

We are unable to accept reservations for groups larger than six diners.

 

Please arrive on time for your reservation. New regulations dictating capacity and density limits mean we are unable to welcome diners earlier than their allocated reservation time. Reduced menus may need to be served for diners who arrive after their allocated reservation time.

 

Earlier seatings are for a maximum duration of three hours.

 

Please do not visit the restaurant if you are feeling unwell. Legislation now dictates that entry must be refused to visitors showing any sign of illness.

 

In accordance with new Victorian legislation, you will be required to supply the names and contact numbers of all members of your dining party.

 

Advance notice is required for dietary requirements. Dietary requests cannot be guaranteed without prior arrangement.

 

Changes to existing reservations cannot be guaranteed and will be accommodated only when the requested table size, date and time are available. Existing reservations cannot be guaranteed if these parameters change.

 

Accommodation Reservations Policy —

 

A 50% deposit is payable for guest suite accommodation reservations. 28 days’ notice of cancellation or change of date is required, in which case a full refund (less $25 admin fee) applies. No refund applies for cancellations made with less than 28 days’ notice.

 

Children are not permitted in guest suites.
